I went to my community garden today and did WAY too much,but omg was it worth it,gardening takes me away from the pain world,and lets me dwell on the magnificance of nature.I was able to get lots of things in order for the height of summer,and to connect w/other friends/gardeners,now I'lltake a LONG hot shower and curse myself for all the aches... I'm 57 and suffering from chronic pain due to b/c surgeries,chemo,and radiation,I used to work 60+hrs.pr.week,and now have been reduced to having to manage just getting through a semi normal life w/o working and w/o intractable unrelenting pain in multiple areas of my body,I want my life BACK
