for Vanessa,community gardens

Hi Vanessa, community gardens are just that a garden that belongs to the community, usually it's an unused public space that gets converted to a garden/park,there's a huge amount of them all throughout the country. You can google "community gardens" and you'll get a host of info, there is also a site "acga"that lists community gardens.I hope this was helpful and I wish you a LOW PAIN day.Starflake

yep I knew it would be bad

Yesterday I posted a share post about going to my community garden,"it was worth it" and today I'm paying the ultimate price my body is royally and literaly kicking my already betraying body, although the pain is at a 9 or 10 I still believe it was worth it, cause I refuse to lay down and give up! and my garden is the only outlet that gives me peace on emotional, physical and a spiritual level,so I'll continue to garden and pay the price.

it was worth it!!

I went to my community garden today and did WAY too much, but omg was it worth it,gardening takes me away from the pain world, and lets me dwell on the magnificance of nature.I was able to get lots of things in order for the height of summer, and to connect w/other friends/gardeners,now I'lltake a LONG hot shower and curse myself for all the aches and pains, but it was worth it.
