I am an avid outdoorsman and passionate online writer who has been living with high cholesterol for nearly a decade. I lived in Europe for many years and also spent time in New England (where I lived and died with the Red Sox) and also the South (where I developed a liking for fried foods and biscuits and gravy - of course so good but also so bad). I love animals, and particularly dogs who have been a key to helping me control my cholesterol.
