      <title>Exercise induced migraines</title>
      <description>

I often get very bad headaches after exercise, which I assume to be migraines. &amp;nbsp;I get the visual aura, followed by debilitating headaches. &amp;nbsp;Are these migraines and can they be prevented?

      <title>A great list!</title>
      <description>
Someone directed me to this list of &quot;10 Favors You Can Do for a Friend with Breast Cancer&quot; in the comments of one my other posts, and I wanted to post about it in case anyone on here had missed it.&amp;nbsp; It provides a few simple, doable ideas that could really help someone. I know I&amp;#39;ll be trying out a few soon!

      <title>What's the best way to be supportive of someone who's recently been diagnosed with breast cancer?</title>
      <description>Recently, my friend&amp;#39;s mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. Sometimes it can be difficult to understand the emotions involved with breast cancer and how best to be supportive of a woman who has been diagnosed. I would appreciate it if anyone could offer some suggestions, either generally or something specific that you found especially helpful after you or a loved one was diagnosed with breast cancer.</description>
