OK...So I got the stitches out... YEAH, and the patho report came back with no problems to worry about... I can basically eat whatever I can basically eat whatever I want as long as it does not hurt me... And I do not have to see the oms unless I need him...So I am happy... I am doing ok, a lil better today, still on my pain meds, and pretty swollen... No chewing until stitches get out... And i just realized that they will not come out until April 3rd.. which is 2 weeks post op... HUmmm... Going to call oms and make sure that this is right!!

Update:Silastic was removed as of around 9am yesterday... This surgery went really well, I am in pain, and really swollen, but I am doing well... It has been a tough journey thus far, but i am so happy that it is close to becoming finally better.. thank you to everyone for all of your lovely thoughts and prayers...I will keep you updated as I hear... I just wanted to check in and let everyone know that I spoke to Cally. She is groggy, swollen and everything else that you could expect post op, but is doing well.The silastic sheeting was sent off to pathology, but her doc seems to think that both implants were intact and fine (so let's keep our fingers crossed!).So all in all, the surgery...
