Successful exchanging an ER opioid with an IR opioid?
I recently replaced the generic extended-release (ER) Oxycodone with the immediate release (IR) Oxycodone. Daily mg’s are the same. I am failing to reproduce the effective coverage obtained with the ER. Now, pain is intensified, mobility is strained, depression is great and restful sleep is nonexistent.
