      <title>Successful exchanging an ER opioid with an IR opioid?</title>
      <description>I recently replaced the generic extended-release (ER) Oxycodone with the immediate release (IR) Oxycodone. Daily mg&amp;rsquo;s are the same. I am failing to reproduce the effective coverage obtained with the ER. Now, pain is intensified, mobility is strained, depression is great and restful sleep is nonexistent. Has anyone been successful exchanging an ER opioid with an IR opioid?
