I have been suffering bad headaches since I was a little kid. I didn't really know about Migraines until I was diagnosed in 1994. Since than I have tried everything including imitrex and other prescribed meds, which all it did to help me sleep and the nausea. I do take occasionally Excedrine Migraine, advil migraine, aleve and ibuprofen to get rid of it however I usually to the meds in a last resort. Firstly my main other uses just to relieve it the Head On (headaches and migraine), ice packs, or those cool gels sheets to put on your forehead. I also find myself listening to calm music, burning candles, meditating or walking or some other relaxing techniques.
