ABOUT ME:

About Me in 2008 The extended leave has turned out to be permanant. Just been diagnosed with MS. So taken early retirement. But it's no big deal at least i don't have to go to work! 38 yrs of nursing is quite enough thankyou. Anyway i am far to busy to work. Got a great group of family and friends. I have an allotment and although i can't do the heavy stuff i do spend a lot of time there. I have 3 daughters twin girls (35)Karen and Zoe and Caroline who is 20 mmm yes i know 36 is a bit late ! i also have a grandaughter who is 9. most of you will remember me as "Harry" thanks to Graham Richardson bet even he can't remember how that came about. My days are spent gardening when i can,i am a member af a knit and knatter group which i run at Age Concern in Stockport. Gardening group meet once a month for lunch or an evening out (no gardening) ! MS group in Stockport, and chatting with my MS Nutters friends on MSN. Some of them i have been to visit. I like to travel, just spent 6 weeks in New Jersey USA with my daughter Zoe. And once my medication kicks in will be off again, going Youth Hostelling down Devon and Cornwall. I have MS, MS doesn't have me !!
