Imitrex 6MG shot, 90mg cymbalta daily, Lisinopril/HCTZ daily, Botox every 90 days (max dose) (Dysport tried and ineffective)ABOUT ME:
40 yr old female with migraine x 30+ years. Worsening as I age. Cycles are long and frequent with increased intensity. Known triggers are hormone changes, Weather changes and food items such as wine and hot dogs. Under care from a headache specialist at Dent Neurology Buffalo NY. Have exhausted many medications as well as tried chiropractics, acupuncture, massage and TMJ mouth guard all without success. Hx of Basilar migraine x1, high b/p, hematuria and cysts on ovaries and kidney.
