      <description>I was diagnosed w/osteoporsis&amp;nbsp;10 yr ago at the age of 51.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;#39;ve been taking fosamax and having a dexascan annually&amp;nbsp;since that time.&amp;nbsp; I also have a thyroid condition and take levoxyl daily. Bone density improved&amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; the&amp;nbsp;dexascan recommendation in 2005 &amp;nbsp;was&amp;nbsp;changed to&amp;nbsp;1x2yr.&amp;nbsp; In &amp;#39;06&amp;nbsp;was advised by endochrinoligist to take 50,000 IU&amp;nbsp;of vitamin D 2 x week;&amp;nbsp;one year later,...</description>
