      <title>FAMILY MEMBERS WHO JUST DON'T GET IT</title>
      <description>My best advice is to ignore them.&#160; There isn&amp;#39;t any way they can possibly understand what it&amp;#39;s like to have bipolar disorder.&#160; Many people are scared of this.&#160; Many just don&amp;#39;t want to know about it.&#160; Educate them if possible, with brochures and information from your doctors, but don&amp;#39;t&#160;believe you can always change them and their attitudes.&#160; People tend to be a bit more enlightened nowadays, but there can still be a stigma...</description>
