I work in construction (light to medium exertion)outside in the desert weather conditions. The real long, busy days are the ones that give me migraines but the worst are the odd hours. Usually a midnight job which will throw off my sleep periods. Man do I suffer but I have to work right. I haven't seen a doctor about my headaches yet but am thinking about it.PHOTOS:
