      <title>How did I get this way?</title>
      <description>Hi, this is my first post. I am native american in my late 40's who began having weird headaches every time I lost sleep or lifted weights which never happened before. I learned it's called migraines. As I work in construction sometimes odd hours, naturally I get these frequently now. Anytime, I exert myself it happens and thats at least once a week.
