How many disorders can one person have

I am a 34 year old woman who has been dignosed with ADHD and PTSD. And take meds for both. I have been looking up both disorders on the web and now Iam really confused.I have took some online quick quizzes and it looks as if I might have Bipolar and Anxiety disorder of some sort. Need help understanding ADHD

I have been living with this all my life, but was just dignosed with it since 2005 and still dont understand all the ways it affects me. Thats because I also suffer from PTSD post trumatic stress dissorder. Any advice is wanted.
