My name is JC, I'm in my first year of college. I was diagnosed with a rare medical condition called Multiple Hereditary Exotoses (MHE). This rare medical condition basically means that extra, painful bone tumours grow on the plates of my regular bones (examples; legs, hands, fingers, wrists, ankles, toes etc). As a result, I have had to undergo roughly 10 surgeries to remove or shave down these bone tumours. Every single day is spent me trying to rise above the drowning feeling of being in chronic pain. Each day something has to ache, but I refuse to let that control my life.PHOTOS:
