DRUGS I AM TAKING:

Oxycodone hcl 30 mg,  Take one or two tabs every 8 hrs for breakthrough pain. Oxycontin 80mg-Take ( 4 ) tablets every 12 hrs for server pain ` Adderal 30mg take two tablets by mouth every 12hrs .

ABOUT ME:

I'm a 40yr old male who suffers from a long history of chronic pain. 1. Multilevel degenerative disease combines with a congenital stenosis to cause multilevelcanal and neuroforamen narrowing as above. 2. Degenerative disease causes sever spinal stenosis at the L4,-L5. Right lateral disc osteophyte complex causes sever narrowing of the right foraminal zone and extra foraminal zone. 3. Small focal right paracentral zone disc extrusion at L3-L4 extends inferiorly to the L4 pedicle level. It causes significant impingement upon the traversing nerve roots, especially on the right side. 4. Small focal left paracentral zone disc protrusion at T12-L1 impinges the left sided nerve roots that are emanating from the conus. I know there are alot of other who are worse off than I'am but if there is someone who understands any of the stuff i just wrote about my back please let me know in english on why I'm in soooo much pain pleas
