      <title>I just had surgery to have an implant (Titan inflatable), and can't tell where the pump is.</title>
      <description>I just had surgery three weeks ago to have a &amp;quot;Titan -Mentor inflatable&amp;quot; inplant. I was told that I should keep pushing down on the pump; yet from the swelling and all, it looks like I have been in a swimming pool for the past few days, and I realy can&amp;#39;t tell what is real or what has been implanted in my scrotem area. Is this normal? Not to mention that it hurts like heck when I try to push down in that area. Is it just to soon or...</description>
