I am 42 years old. My heighth is 5'0. i Weighed about 143 now. I drink alot of soda, I'm addicted to the taste of Dr. Pepper. I'm not a heavy eater if anything i don't eat much, I work 6 Hrs on my feet 5 days a week. No other exercise. I"m always tired and exhausted to much of any thing. taking no vitamins. need to be on a low fat diet my doctor said. Desperately looking for guidance ,support and alot of informationPHOTOS:
