Seeking help for my pain is a new endeavor for me. I've had back pain of some degree since my 50's due to the scoliosis. The bulging discs and sciatica are recent difficulties. I have trouble walking without severe pain from the sciatica. But I've been able to keep my part-time job so far, and have a boss who's been very accomidating. I enjoy reading, am learning to knit, Bible study and the Catholic faith. I have two step-daughters and four grandchildren and a dear husband.
