depression,  ptsd,  panic disorder,  naturopathic,  homeopathic,  EMDR,  journaling

DRUGS I AM TAKING:

zoloft,  trazadone,  multivitamin,  fish oil,  b-complex,  adrenal support herbs

ABOUT ME:

I have had panic attacks, depression and PTSD since I was 6 years old. I a survivor of childhood trauma, and I am very good at dissociating and that is how I lived through the pain of the trauma. I live a very normal life in many ways, I have 2 wonderful children and love photography. But inside I am depressed, I have panic attacks all the time (for 30 years) and PTSD. I am in therapy and have been getting EMDR for it all.
