As far back I can remember this is how I've been . Manic highs and black hole lows. After all this time I know when the cycles are changing and try to spend this time with myself. In all these years I have learned to meditate, write in my journal or paint these things seem to help me stay focused. I work as a full time nurse and I don't know if it helps but it can keep me centered. I love my life!!!PHOTOS:
