Break the habit of being codependent .. take Xanax for my panic ,  trazadone for depression

UltramER,  Chantix,  Baclofen

ABOUT ME:

Hi - I know about my depression for many many years .. self medicated until 1990 when I entered a program to learn to speak up for myself .. Need help in stopping to be a codependent person, and hopefully regain the good relationships I near destroyed in the process of my own self absorbtion .. and to recognize and STOP myself before being that " helpful " person that most codependents believe they are , while ignoring my own needs ....
