I was dx about 5y ago with DMII.I was dx with thyroid CA with thyroidectomy 3/08.I was a nurse for 22y and worked for the last 7y with special needs children.I had to quite work 10/08 because of the severe neuropathy in my hands and feet.I am 5' and weigh about 270lbs and I am noncompliant with diet and exercise.I am ready to change my life style but I do need some help.PHOTOS:
