I have been taken off the Humira and now I am doing Orencia via infusion every 2 weeks until May then it goes to once a month. My Doc says it will take 4-6 infusions before I start to feel better but I could actually tell a small difference even after my first. I didnt respond to Prednasone and then didnt respond to Humira once a week and 6 mtx weekly so then my Doc moved me to Humira once a week and 8 pills of mtx weekly.....still no improvement. My doctor said my disease is in a super agressive stage right now and that means we have to get that much more agressive.
