getting off adderall

I was diagnosed with inattentive ADD as the underlying cause of my panic disorder and have been on 60mg a day for about 2 years. At first it was great. I excelled in school, did great at work, lost a few stingy pounds... then it all went bad. I started needing more that 60mg to get the same effects, became antisocial, got achey when coming down and started abusing pain pills... And now I just want it all to go away and get my normal life back....
