ABOUT ME:

I work as a resturaunt manager,December 28th 2007 I was rear-ended while I was sitting still and was badly injured,I went to the Er in an ambukance, returned to Er following day for increased pain, had x-rays done and was sent to Primary, wich I did not have. After laying in bed taking Vicodin for the pain, I was advised by family to obtain attorney. I called over 15 doctors and was unable to get anyone to see me since it was an auto accident situation/new patient issue, I hired an attorney here in Mo and he referred me to an orthepedic specialist. After 3 months of numerous medications and physical therapy sessions mt Dr advised me I needed to have surgery at my Rotator Cuff. While he was scoping my shoulder he seen a series of bone spurs and there were numerous bone spurs pinching nerves, he sanded down the bone, cleared the brocitis and was done. That was 3 months ago and I still have shooting pains I have been on Vicodin,Perkoset,Darveset,Naproxin,Flexoril,Tramadol and STILL have constant pains.. After the shoulder started to improve I started noticing intense pain in my upper back areas and had constant headaches. I was then referred to a collegue of my Dr. (Orthepedic Surgeon) to help, she gave me 30 tigger point injections, tried to allign my back, then sent me to a Different physical therapist. Therapy this time was painful to the point I had to stop going... I returned to this Dr and she explained she was at a point that she refferd me to a sports Medicine... After discussing issues with my First surgeon We decided that I am at the point of Pain Management with my Primary(wich he refferd me to one) So now after rotator cuff surgery, severe bulging discs in neck, intence upper back pains I have been out of work off and on, everytime I attempt to return I cannot continue with my pain... I am now seeing a Psychiatrist due to my Bipolar Disorder-previously diagnosed, just hasn't been medicated due to lack of insurance. So I am 29 year old and since I was in this accident I have chronic pain and am unable to work and even be a productive father, husband. I walk around like I'm walking on nails, always dealing with headaches and PAIN..
