I have been dealing with chronic back pain for about ten years. I have deteriorating disks and pinched nerves. A few months ago I started attending a pain clinic. I have been getting injections and they seem to be helping. I work at a job that involves long hours and physical work, so it is important that I am able to cope.PHOTOS:
