      <description>Well, I don't have high cholesteral, to my knoweldge anyways, but we recently found out that my husband does.&amp;nbsp; I'm new here and new to the idea that my husband has a health problem!&amp;nbsp;
&amp;nbsp;
I live in Guatemala and, unfortanitly, we have no health insurance to pay for medicines to lower his cholesterol, so I am here looking for ideas to lower it without the drugs.
