I really would love to have the opportunity to not just tell my story but help others from it. I’ve been diagnosed with Dyslexic since childhood along with some other learning disability, later it was ADHD, then Bipolar, depression. My mother is the same, I believe I'm ADHD. Our school system is not helping! I would like to say my story and my thoughts be heard, my desire to help has always been my passion. I feel the school system is not working for people with minds like ours. We are Right brained strong and left brained weak. We need to strengthen are left brain by using the right way of teaching. We need to work on developing both in a more accommodating way that works; we can have more Positive successful people out there. Inventors, creators, scientist, motivators and much more. Are children are the future. The message I got in school was, I’m not normal, Negative and very embarrassing. We need help. I just want to be heard. I'm now 31 and have three kids. I want to be an example to them. I want my parents to be proud of me still. I don't want other great kids to be misdiagnosed and lost to the system. We can always be better. We just need to listen and do something about it!
