ABOUT ME:

Found out I had ADD when I went to a seminar about 15 years ago, trying to find out how to help my stepson. At a book booth, I read some of Sari Solden's book and cried as I read the self-evaluation questions as I realized I was looking at a picture of my life. What an epiphany! Now I go through life trying to live with ADD and I try to learn as much as I can and keep updated constantly.
