dealing with migraines at the workplace

One of my problems at work is co-workers wearing perfumes. This is one of my triggers. I found that peppermint oil on a cottonball at my desk helps to mask others perfume. It is also relaxing for me. I have even put a few drops on the light bulb on my desk light. The heat of the bulb diffuses the oil and you are surrounded by the peppermint. Hope this helps someone out there. Linda

morning migraine dilemna

I have been suffering with migraines for over 34 years and lately they are getting more frequent. I wake up with a migraine almost every morning and it lasts for hours. When I get one while I am awake my meds do a good job of stopping them but when I wake with one I'm usually in bed til noon. Is there anyone with any advice for me? I was seeing a neurologist for a few years but he just wanted me to take more and more meds...
