i'm back

Hello, I know its been awhile since i been on this site. I have been going thru ups and downs. the separation from my husband to dealing with my tween son who is not doing well in school to taking a new MS medication called Gilenya. I am happy to say that I found a MS support group. Meeting and talking with others who have MS is priceless. I hope you all are doing well.

MS & SUMMER?

This is my first summer with MS, what should i expect to happen to my body. I had a preview of summer last weekend with 90 degree humid weather. I was hot all day long and it was like my body wouldn't cool off. I'm not going to enjoy this summer if things get worst. Please help!

I went to the gym last night. I was doing fine, untill my hands started burning. So I walked a mile and went to the bike then my body said it was tired, so I stopped. But, I might go again tonight with my friend. I'll let you know how things to go. Have a BEAUTIFUL DAY!

keep moving on

I was given some advice on this site to take vitamins. Omega 3-fish oil, Vitamin D & B12. This really helps me keep moving at work, and to go do the things I need & want to do. I still have my moments & bad days, but not so often. So thank-you, to all my MS friends!
