      <title>most of what we worry about does not come true...</title>
      <description>Hi all,
&amp;nbsp;
I am plagued by worry which I know many people with anxiety are....I suppose anxiety has to do with thinking about the future...
&amp;nbsp;
Is that always what anxiety is from?&amp;nbsp; I can't quite wrap my mind around it right now....

Do others think this first thing is is true? that most of what we worry about does not come true?...

and what are the best strategies for getting rid of worry people have tried that...</description>

      <title>I want to be assertive in all my interactions and get anxious sometimes</title>

I feel so much anxiety in certain social interactions...especially around being assertive.&amp;nbsp;
&amp;nbsp;
I need to practice being assertive (stating my feelings and thoughts and needs calmly without hurting myself or others or being disrespectful towards myself or others)&amp;nbsp; and not being aggressive or passive.&amp;nbsp;
