      <description>I am 42. I have been diagnosed with acid reflux and am taking protonix. I am still having chest pains at times some worse than others. At times I have to grab my upper right arm or wrist due to the pain. I sometimes have a pain in my upper back. I am able to do 45 minutes of cardio in the mornings.
