Injury in summer or 2007. X-rays / MRI followed by series of Steroid shots, PT and Pain Mgt. 14 months post injury more X-rays, MRI and more PT. Then a Diagnosis of L/4-L/5 @ S1 Dead Disc as well as a leaking and Herniated Disc. Surgery 4/20/09. Barely 3 weeks post op as of this entry.PHOTOS:
