ABOUT ME:

20 yrs ago I was diagnosed with MS, Multiple Sclerosis. My whole left side became numb. I went through an MRI and doctors found 3 numb spots on the right side of my brain which explained why the left side of my body was numb. They perceived to put me on Prednisone which brought me to a level of little numbness, when they decreased the Prednisone, the numbness became worse. There was a new drug, at that time called ATCH, which was administered into the hip joints. I went many years ignoring the symptoms of the numbness and the sleep problems; staying away from doctors. Until recently, in the last six months, having difficulty with lower back pain and waking up to numbness, pains in my feet. I have gone back to the doctors recently and had an MRI scan for her neck, back, and brain. I experienced a lot of pain after the MRI, my doctor prescribed Prednisone again and he didn't feel that it was an MS occurrence. I think the doctor has come to this conclusion because there is a major time difference between the MRI scans.
