      <description>I have read a lot of articles that say you'll gain back the weight if you go on a liquid diet, even when you exersize, but they aren't talking of&amp;nbsp;a full liquid diet.&amp;nbsp; Their Usually talking about the liquid diet drinks or packages.&amp;nbsp; But could you use a full liquid diet and exersize on the long term to lose weight and keep it off.&amp;nbsp; I only need to lose 25 pound to be on track with my height weight chart, but my exersize plan...</description>
