Severe GAD, Severe PD w/Agoraphobia, chronic anxietu induced physcial ailments (high BP, nutreint depletion, etc.DRUGS I AM TAKING:
Clonazepam, LorazepamABOUT ME:
Over 28 years with DSM diagnosed severe GAD AND severe PD w/agoraphobia. NOT co-morbid with depression. Have been on every class of anxiolytics, AD's---about 80+% of available medications prescribed for anxiety disorder. Med records indicate that I cannot take SSRI's, SNRI's or tricyclics due to toxicity and extreme side effects including two instances of severe Serotonin Syndrome. All atypical meds such as Buspar are totally ineffective. Over 8 years of psych treatment and over 4 years of counseling including CBT, etc. No psychological root causes found. Three independent and respected MD's have concluded that I may have to remain on a permanent BZD med regimen to contaol my conditions w/the understanding that physical addiction would most likely be a trade-off (lesser of two evils) in order to be treated.PHOTOS:
