I tend to be intellectual and spiritual. I struggle having my own business because of my bipolar symptoms and I get very frustrated and angry at myself and others. Compassion is a key word for me. But at the same time I find myself having patience with a person who refuses to do anything to help themselves. Sometimes I get overwhelmed with my limitations or just overwhelmed. It takes a lot of work to bring yourself together in a way that makes you happy with oyurself and the world at least most of the time. I'm still struggling and know I have to adjust and do what I can and ask for help when I need it.PHOTOS:
