      <title>to med or not to med</title>
      <description>HelloBasically my story is probably familiar, was diagnosed Bipolar&amp;nbsp;II at 17 was on meds for 15 odd years, (mood stabiliser&amp;nbsp;+ anti depressant) last year after a short stay in a private hosp, I re discovered my spiritual path, came off meds and had the best 8 months of my life to date (34), i have now fallen seriously down again and am conflicted as to what to do next, I have an appointment fri for which i am thankful, any thoughts are...</description>
