I suffer from depression and panic attacks. I came here for support. I'm looking forward to getting some coping skills on my disorders to live a healthier life. I'm a married mother of 2 and it's hard to go thru this illness having two young daughters. They don't understand it. It was especially hard for me to spend 6 days away from them at a mental hospital.
