Somehow I don't feel like celebrating anything. The pain today is mild. Only a 5 today 2 days off from work is the reason.    The ache in the foot is bad the achilles is sore as usual. Pain level is a HIGH 8. My feet are on fire my heels feel like the creature from Aliens is about to break thru! My legs are throbbing and I have spasms. The NSAIDs aren't working, rubbing and massaging is not helping. My happy place has closed down, probably out of business due to the reccession. At least I made it thru the week.
