I am a preschool teacher in Amherst, Massachusetts who has suffered from severe and frequent migraines since 2004. My migraines include aura, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, sensitivity to light and sound, and severe pain on the right side of my head, often down into my neck and shoulders. I have taken (in addition to the "Drugs I'm Taking): Topamax, Imitrex, some sort of blood pressure medication, morphine, oxycodone, vicodin, toridol, demerol, chlorpromazine(which I will NEVER take again), and I'm sure others I am forgetting. I am currently undergoing hypnotherapy and EFT to help with my migraines.PHOTOS:
