      <description>Having 2 children with ADHD I have long been dwelling on the issue of self help groups. As of late a friend told me how busy are people, how overburdened. It would be very difficult to found such a group, she said, unless people get some 'instant reward', for example, some advice which is useful, 'to the point'.
