      <title>Is this diet good and non jo-jo effect?</title>
      <description>I found this diet and it seems pretty good.It's easy to follow,I seem to be getting all the nutrients I need and I feel full during the day.But I am so araid of the jo-jo effect.I have bad experience with that thing. So please tell me if I should stop with theis so called '1200 calorie diet'
