So he had me come into his office.  Now this is interesting because it is a specialist advising a primary care doc because the specialist is not taking new patients.  So, I went to see the primary care doc after he had consulted with the specialist. His answer was. NO MORE ABORTIVE PAIN MEDS! None! Repeat Tomamax for the fourth time and go to an infusion clinic (so much better than ER) But I don't know what to expect..
