ABOUT ME:

I am a good person who has been handed a mental illness. I was diagnosed about six years ago. I am still in treatment for my bi polar and depression. I have come to terms with the fact that I will be in treatment probably for the rest of my life. I was just diagnosed with hypomania on December 15, 2009 and was finding information on this disorder. I ran across this web site and I really like it. It was God sent for me. It makes me feel a little less alone. I have a good life and great family and friends. Sometimes I would just like to crawl in a hole and die, but somehow with the help of God, my psychiatrist, and many family and friends I survive yet another episode.
