ABOUT ME:

I am extremely overwieght. There I said it. Now I am just trying to do something about it. My goal is to loose 100 lbs over the next year. I am not setting out on this task alone. I have a friend who is going to be taking this journey with me. Through the weekly weigh ins, and carb withdrawls, I am going to post it all for everyone here to see. I hope it will keep me more honest and motivated to succeed. Any support will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
