I made an appointment for monday to see some one at my local mental health facility, maybe they can help me. nothing works

Nothing seems to work for me, breathing exersizes, meditation, yoga, vitamins, eating healthy or any thing else I can think of. I fell back down the hill

Vitamins not Doctors
